Private Pilot Course

This learning path is designed for the individual with little to no flight experience. It is the starting point for new pilots and is a very rewarding experience! This rating would allow the certified individual to fly a helicopter solo as PIC (Pilot in Command)

This training is broken into 19 lessons and provides 60 hours of flight instruction in 1-2 hour increments. Instruction is tailored to each student and will move at a challenging but comfortable pace. At the completion of this training students will be adequately prepared to independently pilot a helicopter safely.

In this course students will be flying our Hughes 269C. This machine is known for its sturdy construction and excellent visibility. It is a tried and true training platform with stable, responsive, and forgiving handling; making it the ideal choice for instruction.
